The stars were out at the annual White House Correspondents' Dinner. While the dinner is generally less formal, hosted by a comedian and often light-hearted, that is no excuse for attire to be relaxed. The best dressed attendees opted for minimalism and clean lines. This particular red carpet was not one for statement-making, and short dresses seem a bit inappropriate for the occasion.
