p o l k a .

Despite the contrary belief, polka dots are not always unflattering. Dolce and Gabbana incorporated polka dots into their Fall 2010 runway collection: blouses, sheer dresses, hip hugging skirts. They got it just right and inspired me to find other fun polka dot patterns. I've concluded that the evenly spaced dots make for a more flattering look, and most polka dots are done in a darker color so not to seem as childish.
